The Party Garland
For this craft, you only need two materials: plenty of crepe paper in various colors and scissors. Let’s get to work! 
How to Make It
Cut strips of crepe paper from the roll, each at least 5 cm wide (this step should be done by an adult using sturdy scissors).
Alternatively, unroll the entire paper and cut the strip bit by bit.
Unroll the strip and double it if kids will be cutting it. If an adult is doing it, you can leave the strip intact and rolled as it is.
Make small cuts along both sides of the strip with scissors.
Open the roll and scrunch the fringes a bit with your hands.
Now your garland is ready to use!
